Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email npcjunkofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.


Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective, or

  • Contain a major printing error.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the issue is verified. Please note that it can take several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, change of mind, etc.)

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated by our support team.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at npcjunkofficial@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  3. A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.


Final Sale Items

All products sold on www.npcjunk.com are final sale, except in the case of damage or defect as outlined above.
