Order Processing

All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed specifically for you after purchase.
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before shipping.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We don’t rush greatness — but we do print fast.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been fulfilled.
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays (we wish we could control the mail, but we can’t).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — watch for those!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the mail carrier before contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

NPC Junk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier marks them as shipped or delivered.
If your order goes missing in transit, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
We’ll always do our best to help if possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, email us at npcjunkofficial@gmail.com immediately — we’ll try to fix it if your order hasn’t entered production yet.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

Packages returned to us due to an invalid address or unclaimed delivery may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Unclaimed or undeliverable orders are not eligible for automatic refunds.
